Pros

Supports diversity, conducts annual performance appraisals with salary increase, provides HMO for up to 4 dependents (for leadership roles), allowances (rice, food, clothing, laundry), performance-based incentive, hybrid work setup, very active in conducting employee engagement activities (family day, team building, cultural festivities, etc.), recognizes high performing employees, and develops them for promotion.

Cons

Overall: HR could use an improvement in managing salary disputes, employee engagement team is often poorly organized Depends on the segment you’re in: Has opportunity in change-management, office politics, some leaders play favorites, and most of the processes in operations still needs enhancement
