      Benefits were good, opportunities for career growth were there. Employees are very dedicated to servicing their clients. Great education benefits. Leaders actively involved with business. Great training program.

      Cons

      Extremely hectic, leadership always coming in with last minute projects, requests or assignments. Upper management constantly changing. Vice Presidents and above are more concerned with their own career and advancement. Rarely interact with employees reporting into them. Excessive amount of red tape and standards. Poor HR support.
