Nice people in my team but we all share the vision. RRSP 5% with employer matching Standard Sunlife benefits, 5 options to choose (like any other standard company). Paid vacation and sick days (4 sick days only), any time after that will be count as a vacation. Tuition reimbursement $2000 year, if approved.
Cons
Lack of growth, if you are not located in Mississauga or Dorval, very hard to get a promotion.
