Good management. The management itself is not toxic. Every fiscal year - Basic salary increase. Additional voice allowance for IB-Rep. More on backoffice segment. Easy to get conversation with bosses and TLs. Even OM can recognize all of her agents. You can talk to HR if you have concerns and they will reach you out for resolution asap.
Cons
To have competitive salary like other companies. CHIP has the same basic salary to those people with or without experience. Higher amount of incentives.
