      Pros

      Great company benefits with a very generous PTO policy. Great people to work for and with. Strives to be the industry leader.

      Cons

      Lot of bureaucracy and Q&R micromanagement of the pharmacists. Problem employees take too long to deal with and aren't terminated soon enough.

      Pros

      Good pay, great coworkers with new equipment. Some of the management with real professional, while other management was rude and confrontational.

      Cons

      Management is all new. Leads are horrible and harassing. A formal complaint was filed. They also make you work up to 16 hours a day and go in on your days off.

      there is nothing good about this place

      Cons

      they micromanage every single second of the day. you even have to time out on the phone to go to the restroom. supervisors do nothing but walk around and visit with each other. writes ups are for any ridiculous reason they can come up with. if they have it in for you they will not stop till they get you out. if you have family working at cardinal you have it made.
