Pros

Friendly and helpful staff, a very welcoming group of people and are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. Great learning experience.

Cons

Not a lot of feedback in a timely manner. The relaxed atmosphere can be misleading and an eye opener if you are not on track.

Pros

Autonomy, work from home, great people to work with. Benefits were excellent, communication between team members was also very good.

Cons

Department silos made it difficult to work with other departments within the company. Revenue became more important than customer service.

Pros

The health benefits are better than most companies, they start the first day of employment which is pretty good. Facilities are nice, overall a nice place.

Cons

The pay is $10.75/hr plus a .75 shift differential if you work till 8pm, which more than likely you will to start off. I think for all the work we do we should get paid more.
