Cardinal Health reviews

This company has been bought out or changed names 4 times since I've been here and each time we lose more benifts and the work load increases. The highest yearly raise you'll ever get it 3%, they have a 4% but I haven't found a single person who's gotten one. Yearly bonus? That was taken away for hourly employees. 401k contribution? That was cut a percentage during covid. Some how a medical pandemic effected a company that makes money off medical issues. Need to call in sick? I hope you're awake 2 hours before your shift starts because that's the minimal time. Also they won't accept that doctors note because in the state of Illinois your company doesn't have to. Favoritism? If you're an ok worker and they like who you are, you'll most likely be able to get a promotion. If you're a hard worker but don't partake in small talk or kiss butt, you'll be stuck in your position unless you're the only option
