Untracked PTO, remote work, decent benefits, ability to work with customer directly and solve problems. They say they encourage work life balance
Cons
Poor leadership among middle management, no sense of leadership. Work can be demanding but that's the nature of the business. Difficult to navigate reporting structure. Camera off environment comes off as cold and makes it difficult to build working relationships across the organization for remote employees
