It is an excellent place to start a career, especially for engineers who want to build solid fundamentals, learn best practices, and work within structured, well-defined processes. The engineering teams are knowledgeable, collaborative, and generally committed to delivering quality work.

      In recent years, internal politics have increasingly impacted the work environment. Career progression and promotions can feel inconsistent and not always aligned with merit or technical contribution.
