      Pros

      Took a while to move up within the company, not much communication/team work with other co-workers, but over all a great company

      Cons

      Good pay, very little micromanaging, great team leads, supervisors, and managers. Good work life balance - get to make up time for appointments if you have to leave work (in certain departments anyways). Always had the help and support that was needed. Overtime was always always offered.
