Reminds me of Animal House - Pick Another Consulting Firm to Work For
Pros
Some talented consultants and some good relationships with area clients. Unfortunately, not the place to build a long term career that I was led to believe it was.
Cons
Like some of the other reviews, I was sold on the idea of a professional firm - I've found that it's a frat-like culture - advancement and reward isn't driven by performance, it's driven by who gets drunk with the office staff. I'm over college life - having the foosball table and beer fridge be the focal points of the Columbus office seems juvenile. Turn over has become a serious problem with people who leave replaced by "future stars" (i.e. college kids in their 1st job) or by very junior team members. Because of the turn over, we've had issues at my client with very inexperienced people who just don't know what they are doing.
