Horrible place when Care Hospice took Over. I was a salaried RN & worked 50-60hrs week & probably made 20-25.00 hr when averaged out time! Netsmart wasn’t user friendly at all! I worked out my 2 week Notice & trained new employee, I had over 100.00 hrs PTO time & lost all of PTO hrs! They just care about referrals & money! Stayed stressed out & tired all the time! This place is awful & doesn’t care about their employees! I would never recommend Care hospice to anyone!

Cons

The growth has been fast so some infrastructure has been left behind. However, significant investment has been made to build out finance, HR and IT.
