      Pros

      CareATC gives employers the ability to fill a gap in healthcare for their employees and families - often completely free to the employee. Unique space to work as a healthcare provider and really have the time to actually connect with the patient with the purpose to provide outstanding healthcare and not just a visit to be paid.

      Cons

      Rapidly grew and working now on scaling up processes and expanding services so their are some growing pains as we work to improve.

      Pros

      I enjoy working here at CareATC. The leadership listens and cares to understand the employee's perspective.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but most positions at the corporate-level are remote. This limits some of the comraderie present in an office setting. Having said that, leadership strives to be inclusive.
