Pros

As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

Cons

We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.

Pros

Great family oriented organization. CareATC helps you grow professionally and personally. I have grown so much in my career with the organization for me and my family.

Cons

The staff are pushed to the max at all times. Don’t want to see burn out. Rollouts could be better organized.
