      Pros

      Work from home. That's it.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. Benefits are not good. Expensive insurance. 10 PTO days per year, I've never seen PTO that low. They will tell you there is a 401k match, there isn't. They will tell you there is a quarterly bonus, that's being phased out. They have lost larger clients, so when they will downsize, newest people have been and will be let go. Steer clear.

      When applying to CareATC, I was hesitant at first because of the rating and reviews on Glassdoor. But, it is not what it seems. The people here are wonderful, positive, and very supportive of each other. It is my first week here and it has been nothing but great. Don't miss out on your chance to become a part of such a great organization!
