Pros
Great office space, free primary care and maintenance medications for employees and their families along with great incentives for reaching wellness goals. There was always a positive attitude among the employees no matter the workload. Many celebrations were had to show appreciation to employees for their efforts.
Cons
Once new investors arrived on the scene a couple of years ago, it became a completely different company.
