Pros
Contracted with companies to take care of there employees. The Dr's are amazing. Our patients are amazing. Our manager is wonderful. The service we provide is top notch. No nights, no weekends. Good pay. Employees get to use their Dr's for free. Also a lot of maintenance medications and antibiotics are totally free. Just an amazing opportunity
Cons
PTO is terrible. You get 10 days a year. Essential time maybe 5 days a year. The higher ups prove they do not know how a real clinic works.
