Benefits and time off could be better for Clinic staff, more appreciation. Managers need to have more knowledge of company policy and procedures, office duties, both front and back. also should be higher than just a Medical Assistant. Needs to be less about the money and more about the staff, without the staff and their hard-work, there'd be no clinics.

After reading the positive reviews posted here, I remembered how upper management told us about Glassdoor when CareATC first got involved with them. They asked us all to go on the website and tell people how wonderful CareATC was. Funny part is, they sat there and watched to make sure we did it! It's pretty bad when your company has to TELL employees to "pump up" their image. Hmm. I wonder if any of the recent positive's were reviews that they were TOLD to give. Just a thought.
