      Pros

      I worked at CareATC for three years and loved my experience there. I believe in their model and loved being a part of a company that takes care of a very large patient base. CareATC is a company that treats its employees well (amazing benefits) and facilitates growth through innovation and opportunity.

      Cons

      Some positions require frequent travel, as the company has a footprint in many states. I really do not have any bad things to say.

      Pros

      Commitment to company culture and core values, very rewarding job - we provide a great service/benefit to our member companies employees and families - we save lives while helping our clients bend the curve on escalating healthcare costs. Great people, great place to work. Our providers get to do what they went to medical school to do - take care of patients, without the hassle of dealing with insurance companies or downstream referral quotas. Just take care of patients.

      Cons

      The pandemic drove the company to make some hard decisions from a staffing perspective but the mission is still constant and our core values continue to drive commitment to our patients, clients and employees.
