I have been working at CareATC for 2 months now. I have helped set up the Tucson location and think that their patient care model is amazing. I have worked in other doctor's offices and they do not compare. My direct manager is very knowledgeable and is very helpful for any questions that we may have. I never feel as though any question I ask her is every looked down upon or laughed at. Corporate in Tulsa all seem to be very nice as well. I have spoken with some and met a few that came down to visit and they were great and encouraging. I have never worked in a place that has made me feel this appreciated. I truly enjoy coming into work everyday and I am very happy that I have had the pleasure to work for this company.

The culture here is not only preached about, but is also practiced from the top executives all the way down. Everyone is friendly,professional and nice to work with! The company really cares about your personal health and wellness and offers great benefits and wellness program incentives. It's wonderful to work in an environment where you feel appreciated!
