      Pros

      Team members really care about each other; love the mission of the company; the leadership and the team members are committed to providing the best services to the people we serve. Awesome CEO who is super engaged and connected with the employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes we're all so committed to our roles that we don't stop to ensure we have enough work/life boundaries in place. We are a driven group of high-performing individuals who need to remember to shut down and recharge.
