      Pros

      Strong mission and vision focused on helping people age and heal in their homes. Great leadership focused on doing the right things. Heavy focus on team member engagement and listening to the "Voice of the Employee". Continuing to add team member perks and improve benefits. For example, we've had no increases in medical costs to the team members for several years.

      Cons

      There are no cons from my perspective. If you can't be happy and find fulfillment here then you can't be happy anywhere.

      CareCentrix provides excellent pay and benefits with many opportunities for learning and growth. There is a real feeling of caring for associates and patients.

      Sometimes technology does not move as fast as users would like, however the organization has a great prioritization process.
