      Pros

      Since I've worked at CareCentrix, I've met so many smart and kind people from the leadership teams to the front line staff. There is a great "patient first" focus, which helps employees stay motivated to serve both patients and clients. The company provides great benefits like work from home, Teladoc, 401k match and tuition reimbursement!

      Sometimes departmental silo issues can be amplified because a large portion of employees work remotely

      Great culture led by enlightened executive team who understand the importance of talent and putting people at the forefront of all management decisions. Recently named a Great Place to Work and deservedly so.

      Resource constraints any company in growth mode with fiscal discipline experience.

      Pros

      Coming up on one year, the compassionate and fast paced environment at CareCentrix is a great fit for me! The remote opportunities are expansive and allow promotion without moving. The mission driven culture is on par with nonprofits I have worked for, which I didn’t know exhausted in the first profit sector!

      Cons

      Remote has its challenges so being self motivated and structured is key.
