Pros

Some of the things I love about working at CareCentrix is the flexibility, positive environment, opportunities for growth, great people, and benefits! There’s always a lot of events and programs going on, helping create an uplifting and encouraging environment. I participated in the annual mentorship program in 2023, which helped me create lasting relationships, discover areas of growth, and open doors to opportunities, including my current role.

Cons

When I was in the customer service center as an intake coordinator, it could get a little overwhelming at times, but overall, management did their best to balance the department’s and employees’ needs.

Cons

Management runs by fear. Very condescending, rude and will give you anxiety

Pros

Throughout the hiring process CareCentrix hiring team were respectful, informative, and responsive. The onboarding and learning team have also been very involved in getting me up to speed on the tools I will need to be successful at my role.

Cons

None at this time. The minor concerns that I may have are well listened to and even being reviewed for possible changes to improve.
