Pros

CareCentix is a great company. CareCentrix provides flexible work situations (i.e. work from home), great benefits and compensation and a great culture. I have had the pleasure of working with a team who are always willing to help each other out and my direct supervisor is wonderful. Senior Management is engaged and respectful and recognizes great work at an enterprise level. I would highly recommend working for CareCentrix.

Pros

CareCentrix has done a great job in the past few years really focusing on employee satisfaction. They have events all the time, give points where you can "buy" products or gift cards, a women's network, and much more. No company is perfect but I can definitely say they care about employees.

Cons

Communication to lower level associates doesn't always happen (every company has this problem).
