Pros

Passionate, engaged and extremely competent senior leadership. High growth market with tremendous upside. Solving real, measurable problems in health care. Excellent benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401k match, HSA contributions, generous PTO. Work-life balance. Unlimited opportunities to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

High growth outpacing infrastructure creates strain on process, systems and people. Not uncommon and not unexpected. The leadership is dealing with it in the right ways through investments in systems, people and processes.

Cons

As with rapid growth, there are constant changes and you have to be willing to be flexible and accepting of change.

Pros

CareCentrix has been a positive place for me to work, especially after being here for several months. They provide a great benefits package and compensate well. I am pleased with my current management and have seen many improvements since I began working here.

Cons

There can be a lack of consistency and mixed messaging depending on which department you work in. There are also a lot of competing priorities and a lack of communication. They also could do a much better job of onboarding new employees. My experience is that everyone is always too busy to take the time to get someone trained appropriately.
