      Pros

      I really appreciate all the work that goes into employee engagement. Upper management really values your feedback and wants to help with work life balance. CareCentrix also offers some great benefits. Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Aflac etc,, And employee discounts are abundant.

      Excellent experience but nepotism is rampant.

      Pros

      Diverse opportunities in multiple states with excellent work from home positions. Salary, time off, and benefits are good. If you work hourly, there is a lot of OT. Lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      Departmental management is cliquish. If you are not part of the clique growth potential is non-existent-this coming from someone who has moved up the ladder. Again, a lot of nepotism exists.
