      No work/life balance Favoritism (promotions are based on friendship instead of performance) Company tends to focus more on how to shrink headcount than how to better treat the patients they service.

      Nothing that I can find in this company. Some co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for. Hostile environment, unrealistic deadlines, mandatory overtime and very cut throat personalities. I do not see one positive thing and as soon as I find another job I am out the door. No fairness in this company at all - they hire their own and don't coach or mentor anyone.
