      Great company for a salaried employee

      Pros

      Great benefits. (4 weeks of PTO a year is nice) Good work/life balance most of the year. (Some times are busier than others but they still don't abuse their exempt salaried employees) Great career growth potential. Good culture; lots of people willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Antiquated technology, though they're getting better slowly. A lot of confusion between departments and how things get done.

      Good opportunity to gain experience. Access to Sprint Campus facilities, including cafeterias.

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, layoffs, culture, high pressure, no such thing as work life balance and super cheap when it comes to employee comforts, parties, engagement activities. Christmas party? I don't think so!!
