      I enjoy working at CareCentrix. Its a growing company and I am excited to be part of the team. Excellent work/life balance and flexibility. People are passionate about their jobs. Fast paced environment committed to growth. Management listens to your ideas.

      Pros

      You get a pay check every two weeks and in this economy, that's important.

      Cons

      Where to begin....Indentured Slavery might be the best term. The workload is overwhelming, no support from management, you will receive a "write up" anytime they need to cover theirs due to a CCX related mismanagement screw up, falsifying of time cards, unprofessional work place, NO appreciation, no work /home life balance.

      right executive leadership in place - it starts at the top! good communication as to what is going on in the company, recognizes and appreciates employees for their hard work, growing company, advancement opportunities, constantly striving to make CCX a better place to work
