Pros

I love working for Carecentrix. I am in a remote position, so I get to work from home. Carecentrix offers their employees numerous benefits from medical/dental/vision insurance to discounts on car insurance as well as legal advice. Everyone I work with is so welcoming and nice. Everyone is like family. I couldn't see myself working anywhere else.

Cons

Some downsides to working in my department are there isn't always work to be done, so we have to do online training in the meantime while waiting for work. Also, while they do give generous PTO and sick time (without the need of a doctor's note), there isn't much work/home flexibility. M-F 9-5 EST makes it impossible to get anything done like doctor's appointments and such.

Pros

Great leadership great pay Benefits 401(k) matching. Work from home equipment provided everyone is super great and helpful and everyone is happy to help

Cons

Shift bids after training, and then stuck with that shift from what I noticed

Business Outlook

Pros

Building relationships with hospitals and patients. Many employee outreaches (games, shows etc). State of the art equipment. Coworkers are super sweet and helpful even though remote and only digital communication.

Cons

FL leadership is scrambling to try to prove what they are doing is effective in the hospitals. Every other week an entire new job description is rolled out with (no kidding) dozens of changes, totally negating any possibility of creating a work flow. If the job is a hybrid position, run the other way! Telephonic is OK.
