Pros

VOE: Voice of the Employee - have the ability to have a say so in the work environment. Work from home. Bonuses given for perfect attendance, and High performance. Everyone works together well, no attitudes, we cheer each other on for their Accomplishments.

Cons

The pace can go pretty fast sometimes, but it's nothing that is not manageable. Some people can handle it, and I am one of them

Flex start time schedule was a plus Starting pay was good but didn’t increase as it should have and bonuses went way down

Cons

Supervisor and some higher peers were Rocky in their management style
