My overall experience at the company has been fantastic. CareCentrix is a fast-paced work environment which is constant space for learning and opportunity for growth. I would recommend CareCentrix to my friends and family.

Pros

I have been employed almost a year and I can genuinely say that I love my job and the people I work with. I have felt welcomed from day one and everyone has been so supportive whether it's been a personal issue or problems on the job, I feel heard and seen. Management and leadership genuinely wants engagement and feedback. They do take our comments and suggestions seriously and do what they can to make improvements. Is it perfect here? No it's not but everyone really tries to make it a great place to work. Metrics and KPI are very reasonable and attainable. The work isn't difficult or unreasonable. Come in, do your job and listen. If you need help, ask! Be genuine and you'll do great here.

Cons

The work can be a little repetitive and tedious at times. That's unavoidable because of the nature of the job. Some folks have problems with the detail it requires, but that's part of it. Feedback is meant to help and unfortunately, alot of folks feel they're being criticized or nitpicked and it's really not the intention. Carecentrix overall has its flaws, but it is truly an exceptional place to work with awesome, supportive leadership.
