The people who truly work for the company and do the “work” are good people.

Cons

Turnover city Now getting “organized “ while workplace used and abused its best employees. Dog eat dog culture Hire your friends —-no problem. No raises for tenured staff who actually do the work.

Good products, good science, decent benefits.

Cons

The company is not what it used to be. Layoff at any moment without warning, regardless on tenure. Sales reps and tenured regionals get fired without warning. Morale is horrible. Diversity in the sales force was non-existent for years, now it’s slowly being downsized.

None that I can think of.

Cons

This company is full of toxic individuals and managent lacking any leadership skills. There are unreasonable expectations sprung on people at the 11th hour, zero work life balance and an over all feeling of toxicity. It's by far the worst company I have ever worked for.
