Not many processes in place lead to constant chaos. Questionable messaging from leaders (at least when I was there). Management in IC roles were not strong. A lot of micromanaging, blame being placed on others. No accountability.

Where to begin? You'll be dumped with so much work you'll either: Work late, start early the next day to catch up, cut corners or try to pass it to someone else who's in the same situation as you. Your boss will be so out-of-touch that you'll be gaslit for not doing a task in an hour when in reality that task takes 3 hours then more things will get dumped on you while you get chided. Kiss your work/life balance goodbye. The processes that you will be trained on are so redundant and repetitive. Enter this into the system, then go into another system and input the same data, after that, login to yet another system and input the same data, then hand-write it on a logbook. If you suggest a different method it's "The CareDX way to do things" so nothing changes.
