Products are covered by Medicare.

Cons

Many companies coming out with the same products. Marketing is poor so they are already scared and on their heels. Lots of turnover. Poor leadership, training and development non existent, petty, unrealistic goals and expectations, reorganization made things worse, comp plan is a joke, place is like high school, clicks, backstabbing, pay is low and they don’t pay women the same as men. Pay is quarterly. Very poor work life balance. Total micromanagement.

Consistency due to resistance to change.

Cons

Colleagues and I stuck here due to large sign on bonuses without appreciation for work CEO resistant to hear workers and fails to acknowledge low pay A dozen CLS left after numerous false promises of increased pay Favoritism towards interns with "confidential" projects

Pros

Annual bonus, RSU. The sign on bonus offsets the very low hourly pay. A very few people seem happy to stay.

Cons

Most are leaving or planning to leave. If you look at the financial situation in the news, I don’t think the annual bonus and RSU’s will be as great as they once were.
