I have been working at CareDx for almost 2 years and I am incredibly impressed by the talent pool we have (I really enjoy working with and learning from my colleagues every day!). Apart from providing a supportive and inclusive culture, I feel like the company genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally.
Even though the management is facing challenging times (especially this year), they truly value and care for their employees. I was promoted after 1.5 years. There are endless opportunities, also moving between departments.
Coming from a family with some transplant history, I am so proud to work here because of the impact we make in our transplant patients' life. Each monthly townhall meeting features a guest speaker from the community with amazing stories and feedback.
I highly recommend CareDx to anyone looking for a positive, fun and rewarding work environment.

Maybe too many manual interfaces between systems...great improvement opportunity that has been addressed already!
