Have been with this company for a few years bearing witness and involvement in different stages of projects, and still enjoy the mission of the company in serving patients first. In-house challenges can be strained as staff and project prioritization changes, but it's the people who work at CareDx that keep adjusting as with support that makes a world of difference.

Cons

This company may not be for everyone, but it's a culture that embraces team players over individuals, humble contributors over egos, and encourages collaborations in all levels.
