Business Outlook
Pros
-Every leader I had understood and promoted work/life balance. -Casual dress. -Decent benefits, including student loan assistance. -Most of the larger offices have gyms. -A lot of really good people.
Cons
-Relatively low pay compared to other large companies in the area. -Some instability due to recent leadership change. -A lot of bureaucracy that can it make hard to get stuff done in a timely fashion. -HR isn’t always the easiest to work with. -Lack of consistency between the divisions when it comes to technology, training and processes. -Divisions operate largely in silos. My experience in my division could be vastly different than someone’s in another division.
