      A lot of poorly managed change management and uncertainty. When I joined CareFirst, I was really excited about the culture and stability, but recently there have been a lot of experienced leaders that have just been let go with no warning and it causes a lot of fear with those of us still left

      I really enjoyed my time with CareFirst, especially the people I worked with, who were great and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Finance division had old fashioned leadership, even requiring managers to wear a tie 3 days a week. Fortunately that is no longer a rule.
