      Pros

      Great benefits including coverage costs, PTO, flex-time, work-from-home.

      Cons

      Some managers are unfit or lazy. They don't motivate the team or engage in team building. There is a lack of growth opportunities within specific team. There are instances of favoritism. Promotions are not accurately judge and criteria is different based on the person even within the same team.

      Pros

      First CareFirst is a very stable place of employment. I learned a lot there. If you are willing to take on extra challenges they are willing to let you take it on and expand your capabilities.

      Cons

      Not everyone works hard there and those that do tend to pick up the work load of others. I did leave do to lack of advancement opportunities.
