Pros
Excellent benefits including time off (up to 7 weeks) for long term associates, great coworkers who bend over backwards for one another, great internship programs for undergrads and grads
Cons
Leadership is insular and keeps underlings out, Executives are dishonest with direction company is moving in, very difficult to move up in the company, raises are small and only getting smaller which is why bonuses are so large and not guaranteed, very challenging to get noticed and get honest feedback about where you can improve, training is touted as always available until you ask for it and then it's not
