This seemed like a good company to work for. Career Start does have good benefits.
Cons
After filling a big order, there were no more accounts in the area and I was laid off. They told me that I would be working 40 to 45 hours per week. It is more like 70 to 80 hours. If you take a day off, you are still being contacted from current and potential employees. This also happened on the weekends and during the night. Hopefully you are single and don't have much of a life outside of work if you want to work with them.
