      Pros

      Incredible benefits from gym membership to $10K towards your higher education.

      Cons

      Middle management is awful. People are promoted into management positions for the wrong reasons. Their culture calls for sales representatives to be promoted based on quota attainment which is an absolute joke with the way the comp plan is written. A new person can walk into a business module that is set up for success and they can achieve quota without even knowing how to sell.

      Pros

      Benefits are VERY good. IF you like working in downtown Chicago, it's a prime location. Employee events are RIDICULOUS, no expense spared.

      Cons

      Inflexible management, IT management expects you to drop everything else in your life to accommodate management’s scheduling screw ups. Even though my office was located in the Loop my manager wasn’t willing to shift my start and end times to by 15 mins to allow me to take a different train saving 60 mins a day in my commute.
