Everyone I've met so far has been kind, welcoming and informative. From the interview (which was professional and welcoming) to the onboarding (which is very organized, informative and not overwhelming). I'm very happy to have joined the team!

Pros

Serving consumers and their caregivers in a way that is positive and meaningful in a low stress/flexible environment. I like working for a smart company and Careforth is very forward thinking.

Cons

It isn't top pay for nurses, but it is very fair pay if you are looking to take a really enjoyable nursing job and really like helping people.
