People at all levels are committed to providing important services and supports to the caregiving community regardless of the role they are in. You hear about mission more than you hear about money, but both have to be there for success. The level and quality of leaders and managers has increased over the years. People work hard but also have fun.

Cons

There have been many changes over the years, all for the better, but change can be hard for some to adapt.
