Flexible work environment, wonderful team collaboration, and supportive culture. Love the mission of the company. Everyone is hard working and continues to take on more to better serve family caregivers.

Pros

The job is incredibly flexible and allows for people to make their own schedules. Working with caregivers is incredibly rewarding work. The individual people I interact with on a day to day basis are wonderful.

Cons

The organization as a whole continues to make it clear they do not value employees. Benefits are HORRIBLE. Raises are, at best, approximately 2% a year - if at all. Long term employee salaries are not adjusted to reflect the current market, leading to a number of people leaving the job after many years. HR is inflexible and unwilling to discuss salary for existing employees. Caseloads are consistently too high and managers are not able to get approval to hire until people are way over a reasonable caseload number. Turnover is high due to benefits and lack of value by the organization.
