Certain Corporate roles are 95% remote, travel isn't necessarily needed so that gives a lot of flexibility and control over the time you spend outside of work. The team and culture is very friendly and supportive.

Cons

Salary increases are not significant unless you accomplish something amazing in your role that gets the attention of your Hiring Manager to consider a promotion. But even then, its not guaranteed because of Company budget reasons

Great work-life balance, strong company values, family-first mentality, uplifting team members, non-competitive atmosphere, supportive leadership, fulfilling work, ongoing professional development and trainings available, management leads by example, remote work (work from home), flexible hours, great benefits, inclusivity, diversity within the organization as well as opportunities to learn more about diversity and inclusion.
