- Leadership team that truly cares about the employees and makes decisions in their best interest -Forward thinking organization -Ability to work remote; Great work/life balance -Great benefits (i.e. 401(k) match, 20 days PTO starting + company holidays, wellness activities such as mindfulness & meditation sessions, etc.)

Cons

This is a very fast-paced organization that continues to change and adapt with the times and environment, which can create difficulty in keeping up with the work at times.
