Getting gratification knowing i'm taking good care of loved one. Providing the best possible service one receives. From the heart.

Cons

Because its a family member there was no compensation. Perks included keeping her safe and well cared for while in my care.

many times management only looks at the bottom line and at the end of the day the cosumers are the ones that pay the price. There is a big issue with Management in this company. on the other hand, the amount of time and the credentialing process that cgs have to through is ridiculous. only those that are lucky enough and have the patience to deal with all the bs will eventually get into the program. unfortunetely and not sure why this is something that management has not been able to figure out.
